• Google Account Information: Email address, access tokens, and refresh tokens
• LINE Integration Information: LINE user identifiers, and text messages/images sent via LINE
• Uploaded Data: PDF files, images, documents, and event information extracted from them
• Usage Information: Job processing history, service usage logs
• Access Information: IP address, access date/time, browser information

We use collected personal information for the following purposes:

• Providing the Service (PDF analysis and Google Calendar registration)
• User authentication and identity verification
• Maintaining and improving the Service
• Responding to inquiries
• Notifying users of important announcements and policy changes
• Investigating and responding to terms of service violations

Use of information obtained from Google accounts is strictly limited to the following purposes:

• Registering and reviewing events in users' Google Calendar (utilizing the minimum required OAuth scope: https://www.googleapis.com/auth/calendar.events)
• User authentication and identity verification (email, profile, openid)

The obtained Google account information will not be used for any purposes other than the above, nor will it be provided to any third parties. Furthermore, authentication credentials such as access tokens obtained through OAuth are securely protected and managed using encrypted communication and strict access controls.

Our use of Google APIs complies with the Google API Services User Data Policy.

The Service uses the following third-party services to provide its functionality and transmit data only to the necessary extent:

• Infrastructure: Supabase (authentication/database), Cloudflare R2 (temporary PDF storage), AWS Lambda
• AI Analysis: Google Gemini API

  * Uploaded PDFs, and texts/images sent via LINE are transmitted for analysis processing. These data are promptly deleted upon completion. To protect user privacy, we transmit these data using settings that strictly prohibit their use in training AI models (opt-out).

• API Integration: Google Calendar API (for calendar registration), LINE Messaging API (for LINE Bot)

This Service uses cookies by third-party ad networks (including Google) to serve ads based on users' browsing history on this site and other websites.

Users may disable cookies used for personalized advertising through the following methods:

• Visit Google's Ad Settings page to disable personalized ads
• Visit industry-standard opt-out pages such as www.aboutads.info to disable third-party ad network cookies
